Hi everyone,

In this week’s video I walk you through a worksheet designed to help you brainstorm your 2015 product sales goals. I’ve also included the worksheet below as a PDF file so you can download it and print it out.

Finally, if you’d like my personal help implementing these things – considering jumping into our January Craft Business Academy course! You can learn more about it here.

I’d love to know what you think – is this worksheet helpful? What goals do you have for 2015?

  1. Now is as good a time as any to jump in the water. Jason, I have enjoyed your posts

  2. I Checked my pc and I believe I have all the books you have written down loaded on to my pc. Believe it or not I am stuck on a name for my business. In 2003 or 04 I was selling on e-bay and the name of my business was “Strawberry Hill Doll clothes” and I started them out at $5.00 and they sold for $5.00 I also had started drawing out the patterns to sell but because they never went higher I was new to the computer and it all became too over whelming and so I stopped. Your gidence and books are a big help to me. Thank you

    • Thanks Diane, I really appreciate that … I’m sure the name will come to you soon!

  3. FYI – Form should read ” If I am successful”.

Goal setting is how large and small companies track their growth opportunities. I am very familiar with this from working with manufacturing companies. I think this is great for the crafter. Another idea is to have an online goal buddy. It is hard to do alone without someone to answer to as to where you are and why. Goals are set to be met but sometimes there are legitimate reasons for adding more time or changing your scope and not beating up on yourself.
